Aphera provides commands for copying, pasting, and transferring adjustments between photos. These are available in the Edit menu.

Paste Adjustments and Paste Balance apply to all photos in the current selection. Which adjustments are pasted depends on the Select Adjustments configuration.

Use Cmd+A within the picker to select all. Each toggle has a single-key shortcut (shown underlined in the picker).
